Our products will be fulfilled either from WA storage or Taiwan (TW) storage. The fulfillment preparation time is about 1-2 days for WA storage and 2-3 days for TW storage. Sometimes we may need more time to prepare the packages due to weekend or holiday. If delay happens, we will inform you beforehand.
We ship the products to customers through couriers (UPS or FedEx). If the product is fulfilled from WA storage, the courier service will be ground. If the product is fulfilled from TW storage, the service will be priority (and we cover the tariffs). In some cases, we may use USPS for small part shipments, which helps you reduce the shipping cost.
We will provide tracking nubmer for you and the package is required signature before it can be delivered, so make sure you or your family can pick up package at the address. Generally, the package is likely to arrive you within a week except for some delay reasons.
For the shipment safety, we highly recommend you to double check the shipping information before placing the order. We are not responsible for the delay or missing packages due to wrong shipment information provided.
For the packages shipped from WA storage, we will open the box, inspect the content, fill the space with used cardboard paper and repack the box. This helps improve the shipment safety and avoid waste of cardboard paper.
