Notes for music store, institution (B2B customers):

These instruments will be shipped from Washington warehouse and we suggest to use couriers such as UPS, FedEx to ship the packages. If you provide us with your courier account, we can use your account to ship the packages to you.
To save your shipping cost, we will bring the packages to courier’s station (for example, UPS charges about $10.00 per trumpet!). Our usual shipment schedules are 3:00 PM on Wednesday and Friday.
Depending on terms, we may be able to fulfill your orders to your B2C customers (dropshipping). Because we need to invest in time and effort to take care your dropshpping request, we will add a service fee to your bill. For the shipment safety, all dropshipping packages will be handled by UPS with add-on value protection and signature. Your dropshipping instruments will be opened, inspected and repacked by us.

Notes for individual players (B2C customers)

While we can sell instruments to you directly, it is highly recommended to buy instruments from our dealers, some of them offer exceptional service to customers. Click the link to find the dealers in The U.S.A. and Canada.
